MEET THE OWNERS
Frank and Kevin have worked together since their time at Babbo Enotecca Ristorante, in NYC. Frank reigned as the Executive Chef for the better part of 17 years. Kevin, a graduate of ICE in NYC worked his way through the ranks in the kitchen at Babbo. The duo departed, and have since worked together at different locations in NYC and most recently on Staten Island. Sharing the same vision, a gourmet “one stop shop” Sandwich Shop, they’ve brought their talents to the Island to serve up some of their hometown favorites.
